Family Day Luncheon

Celebrate your Cadet's achievement at a special Family Day Luncheon at the Historic Ft. Knox Saber & Quill. Enjoy a delicious and delightful "Old Kentucky Home" themed luncheon buffet with your Cadet during your Family Day visit to Fort Knox.

Each luncheon takes place from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on CST Family Days. Seating is limited. Guests are encouraged to make their reservations early. When making your reservation, make sure to select the correct date of your Cadet's Family Day.

Samuel Adams Brewhouse is an exciting, Family-friendly, pub-style dining and entertainment experience. We offer both indoor and outdoor seating as well as a full bar that features a wide selection of delicious craft beer and libations.

Located inside Houston Bowling Center, Strike Zone offers one of the most affordable and crowd pleasing dining options on the installation. Favorites include our famous pizzas, cheesesteaks, and fresh salads.

Bluegrass Meats

Looking to experience some Kentucky BBQ? Visit Bluegrass Meats at Lindsey Golf Course for a delicious selection of savory barbecue entrees including clubhouse favorite Bogey Burgers and their signature Pork Nachos.  


Lee's China Bistro

Offering Chinese and Asian cuisine, Lee's China Bistro is another favorite among locals who live and work at Fort Knox. Lee's menu includes staples like fried rice and eggrolls served with classic entrees such as General Tso's and Pepper Steak.

Anderson Indoor Aquatics Center

Anderson Indoor Aquatics Center is home of an indoor, temperature-controlled, Olympic-sized pool. This 50-meter pool features a 1-meter diving board and 50-foot tube water slide. Anderson also features two separate indoor and outdoor spray parks, and outdoor patio, and a cardio vascular fitness room.


Houston Bowling Center

Houston Bowling Center offers 32 synthetic lanes, automatic scoring, bumper bowling, a pro shop, billiards, and video games. Additionally, exciting Electronic Bingo is available to play all day, every day.


Lindsey Golf Course

Lindsey is open seven days a week, offering a relaxing atmosphere that neighbors the famous United States Bullion Depository, making Lindsey a one-of-a-kind golf course. The course has a golf pro shop with a variety of equipment, apparel, and gifts. 


Balcombe Recreation Center

Balcombe Recreation Center is an entertainment and recreation facility offering space to socialize, relax, and recharge. Play video games, surf the web, watch movies, or play billiards, darts, and air hockey all at this amazingly fun facility.

MWR Lodging

Located just minutes from the heart of Fort Knox, Camp Carlson Army Recreational Area is the perfect setting for a relaxing escape for your family. Camp Carlson provides the peace and tranquility only nature brings, spanning 65 acres of across Kentucky's natural beauty, including 25-acre Carlson Lake.

Installation Access

Visitors who do not possess a military ID should visit the Fort Knox Visitor Center located directly outside Chaffee Gate to the left to obtain an Automated Installation Entry pass. Visitors may also visit https://visit.gvt.us/?b=usa&i=knox&t=v to obtain a 5-day Fast Pass.
